I steamed the Moi that my friend gave me and cooked it Chinese Style.
I put the fillet in the fish steamer and just lightly coated it with salt and pepper.
When the fish was done I plated it and sprinkled ginger and green onions over it.
I heated some Peanut Oil until it was very hot and then poured some of it over the fish to infuse the flavors into the meat.
The fish came out perfect and was very delicious.
