Hello my health enthusiasts!
Join me for a live session of training, I will explain the sequences I use and how to work your way up to a good form.
I'll be focusing on 3 big lifts today:
-Squat (Front)
-Deadlift (rack pulls)
-Bench (Dumbbells)
Why full-body?
Since I'm T1 Diabetic, it helps me spike my hormones which results in better management of my blood sugars for a few consecutive days (instead of working on one body part).
Also, I'm at home which is extremely hard to focus, so I try to put my self in constraints, where it makes me conquer my inner bitch and I feel like when I hit one body-part I want to be in the gym to work different machines etc. to target angles.
TODAYS WORKOUT:
Every main lift will be super-set with another exercise with 1-2 min rest. Total of 3 working sets w/ warm up set.
REP SCHEME: 3x12-15
15min of mobility to loosen and heat up your body.
LEGS
Front Squat + Sissy Squat
BACK
Rack Pulls + Ring assisted pull-ups
CHEST
Incline DB press + Gymnastic Ring press
SHOULDERS:
Upright row + Rear delts/Sides
KEY COMPONENTS:
Work on your form! Everything is in form! You shouldn't just count reps like a f**king robot! It's all about mindfulness!
Sync your breath with the movement, always focus on posture(even though posture is subjective to each of us)
After each set ask yourself what muscles did you feel get targeted? Push yourself a little bit but don't burn out! Because CNS takes a while to recover.
Enjoy:)
