Hi Friends, today I will be teaching 3 fun partner ab exercises with my friend, Wasana. I love working out with friends because they can keep you motived and it's just more fun! I hope you enjoy this fun tutorial we put together.
In this tutorial you will learn the following three ab workouts.
This first ab workout will workout your side abs! It takes a little bit of coordination to also get the legs moving at the same pace.
In the next ab workout, you will need a yoga block. If you don't have one you can use a stuff animal! You will use the yoga block to pass it back and forth to your partner.
This last ab workout requires you to give you partner a high five! While it sounds pretty simple, it takes a lot of abs to pull yourself all the way up and back down.
