Short video I made today while cooking lunch for me and my roomies.
Super simple fried rice with red and green peppers, onions, garlic and spring onions.
I first boiled the rice until almost done. Then cooked the veggies on a big pan (almost a wok) with organic coconut oil.
Once the veggies were all cooked, I miked them with the rice. Added salt, pepper, powdered ginger and lots of soy sauce. Finally I did some fried eggs to put on top.
And... voilá! Simple, quick and healthy.
