Hey Ya'll!
Today I made some pulled BBQ chicken and needed some coleslaw on top!
Shred or cut 1 whole cabbage and 1 carrot finely. (I added a sprig of parsley as well)
Dressing: 2 TBS cane sugar, 1/2 cup mayo, a TBS balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt, 2 tsp lemon juice, minced onion. Stir that all together and add to cabbage mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours or you can eat it right away. It is my fave coleslaw! Enjoy and thanks for watching!!!
