Banana Butter Rolls (Easy Baking)

Hi Beautiful Steemians!

I had 3 ripe bananas at home that the kids did not feel like finishing (my boys are naught. Once they see bananas skins no longer smooth yellow looking, they won't touch them 😅), so I turned them into Banana Butter Rolls instead 🤤

These are super good served still warm (not hot! Filling will be too hot, so watch out), after dinner, yuummmm 🤤

They are easy to make 😍

1 c cashew milk, lukewarm
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast

1/4 c melted df butter/margarine

3 1/2 c bread flour
1/3 c sugar
A generous pinch of salt

Banana Butter

3 ripe bananas
1/4 c sugar
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp cornstarch
Extra lemon juice (optional)
Brown sugar for sprinkling (optional)
