I thought i would take the time to work out how to join the community and share a little story .
As if 2020 wasnt enough after arriving home just in time before the global shut down Feeling Great on the path of health and Dieting all went downhill Fast. Month of lock down and depression hits On piles the weight !
I decided enough was enough and im 1 guy in a foreign county i cant change there minds but i can MINE so i stopped looking at the news and turning to INTERMITTENT FASTING again and exercise. I choosed 16:8 method and OH MY what a difference 3 Days in and i am feeling more positive than ever, eating less and exercising despite of the "STAY AT HOME FOREVER it SEEMS " things are on the UP -- As turning 45 this year and my wife is all but 44KG i needed to change !
I Start the morning with APPLE cider in water and 30 min later a black coffee i normally have my first meal around 11AM as im trying to have last around 6/7 PM , after my coffee do some jump rope and star jumps and some light weights. So far ive made it 3 days in started est weight 109KG im 6ft tall and just the belly and "second ass " needs to go !
