- Skipping ropes - 20
- Jumping Jacks - 20
- HH Squats - 15
- Hip Raises - 10
- Shoulder Bridge leg raises - 5 per leg
- Windmill Forward & Reverse
METIS - 3 Rounds
- Sprawls - 10,25,10
- mountain Climbers - 10,25,10
- High Knees - 10,25,10
