It's time to start getting back in shape!!!
I got bronchitis about 6 months ago and totally fell off the wagon. I went from about 180 to 195lbs. I just started getting back to my workouts and eating better. Today is day 5.
I use the Body For Life program by Bill Phillips. It goes 1)Upper Body 2)Cardio 3)Lower Body 4)Cardio 5)Upper Body, 6) Cardio 7)Rest . So you have 3 weight training days and 3 cardio days. in a week. The the following week you are starting with lower body so you will do lower body 2 times in that week.
It's a good way to set a plan and stick to it.
I am also a Crossfit member, but I am not ready mentally or physically to jump back into that. I will stick to this until I feel some of my endurance is back and then I will go to Crossfit too. I am thinking another week or 2.
