Today is gonna be an active rest day for me... that doesn't mean to lay on the couch after work for 5 hours. Still get up and get out and about. We'll probably take pupper for a walk after work (pending the rain) and do some stretching afterwards. But aside from that, just a nice day to take 'er easy.
While I personally won't be going through any mobility work, I've outlined my favorite 15 minute drill below!
