This was my workout spot yesterday. :)
Today I had a nice mile run to the gym, worked out a bit, and did my Wym Hof breathing, meditation, stretches, headstand, backbend, cold shower and more. The funny thing is, the cold shower doesn't work all that well here because it's always so warm!
I have no complaints though. Since moving to Puerto Rico, I've been loving the opportunity to exercise and meditate in this beautiful climate. Here's a short little video from our neighborhood I took a couple days ago (I was wet because part of my run involved rain):
The other day I tried my first ice bath, but I put in the ice too quickly, and it melted before I could fill up the tub. Heheh.
As you can see here, I've been consistent so far every day:
I have to be careful with the headstands/backbends though. Today I almost lost my gate key:
