It's been awhile since my last post. Needed a break from steemit.. I felt lost and bored. Still kind of do, but I had an awesome leg workout today and had to share it.
Definitely need to get a better warm up in.. been having some knee pain while on the hack squat.
So these are fun, but I "jumped" (LOL😃) right into them at rowing. Should've done some bodyweight squats prior to these. Live and learn.
I did regular hack squats as a burn out after the jumps.
Couldn't get a good video of the goblet squats, but was able to get these curtsey lunges on video. These sucked. I've been having big toe issues and these are not easy. But I do them because this is an awesome workout. Keeping the bar overhead makes this a full body workout.
Unfortunately those were all I could get today. Until next time 💪💪💪
