Well, here we are. Squat day!
Going into this workout I was nervous and excited. This second time going through the program has proven to be a heck of a lot more challenging. I'm really having to push myself so it's exciting even if I fail or have a bad workout because I know this is the hardest I've had to try so far.
Warm up.
Tarick picked the warm up, it was fun!

Ok, moment of truth..
Working sets.
2 reps!
We made it y'all! The second rep was pretty tough. On the way up it really tried to stick but I wasn't about to pull the same crap as last week, so I dug deep.
Tarick cranked out 6 😵 one more than last week! I can't wait to see what this guy squats on pr day, dang!
Accessory.
Since we've never tried for a front squat PR, we just kinda picked weights we thought would be challenging.
Maybe we should front squat PR after the program 🤔
Conditioning.
Tarick picked our conditioning last week, I put this one together. We're gonna start trading who picked it each week. Should get us both trying new things, I hope.
Also, I decided to do a couple hundred double unders after the conditioning. Gotta keep grinding away to get more consistent with them.
Ok so I put the conditioning portion at the beginning of the video because the song was about one minute shorter than the whole video, so I figured the front squats don't need music. I didn't realize the program would automatically restart the song, and I couldn't find a way to switch that off so, yeah haha.
I'm doing all of this on my phone so there are bound to be some editing issues from time to time, oh well.
