It's Monday, which means a fresh start. I may have been a little loose with my nutrition this weekend lol. But that's OK, I'm human. I like treats and pizza.
Staying lean(ish) even with the za

So today was a crossfit metcon. I started with a quick warm up as usual then just did the wod. Nothing real fancy just straight work.

If you're not familiar with the down up, it's a burpee without the jump.
The Workout.
Ok I'm not gonna lie, this was a roaster, even with the light barbell. After 3 min I was thinking, "Geez maybe I should just do 10 min."
But, I tried to push that out of my head.
Then at 8 min I was thinking, "Ok, I should just do 15 that's still a good workout."
I had to dig to get the will power to make it to 20, I'm not gonna lie, lol. But when I saw I was at 19 I just decided to hammer it, finish round 10 and get in a few extra reps. Most of the time you just have to shut off your brain and work.
Try this one out if you want to get a good full body workout in 30 min.

Look how clean the garage is! You know what that means!
We got the playset up! I need to level it because our backyard is on a slight incline, but it's sturdy as heck and Lola is so happy.
