2. BARBELL LUNGES
3. LEG PRESS
4. LEG EXTENSION
5. LEG CURL
6. GOBLET SQUAT
Calves are also part of our leg so don't forget about them
1. SEATED CALF RAISES
2. STANDING CALF RAISE ON SMITH MACHINE
3. FREE STANDING CALF RAISES
THAT'S ALL DO ALL EXCERCISE IN 3 SETS OF 10 REPS
