This is the end of week two and progress has slowed which is expected but still progressing. This week I’m down 2 lbs for a NW of 282 that’s 14 total since the beginning. My goal is a 750 calorie deficit each day to loose 1.5 lbs a week so at 2 lbs lost I’m still ahead of schedule, and although I haven’t measured I feel like I’m loosing a few inches around the wait my pants feel looser
