So when it comes to abs, everyone wants them but not many are willing to put in the work that comes with it.
Today’s workout:
Yoga ball crunch-30
Leg up downs (without teaching floor)-30
Russian twist with 10lb ball (keep your legs up!)-30
Yoga ball inward roll-30 (forgot to take picture so will use a generic one off google lol)
Regular crunch twist-30 (same for this one! No pics)

“Dolphin dives”-30 (I’m pretty sure it’s called a back extension but i just call the dolphin dives haha)
Obliques raises-60
You can bet your abs that it was a burner of a workout. But someone has to do it!
