Hi everyone! This week I'll give you the recipe that we always use whenever there's no other protein for lunch. It's super easy and yummy too. I hope you like it :)
Ingredients
- 5 eggs.
- Two tablespoons of cream cheese.
- One tuna can.
- One tablespoon of mayo.
- One tablespoon of ketchup.
First we boil salted water in a pan. Once the water is boiling we add the eggs and cook them por 10 minutes. When they are ready we take them out and let them cool for 20 minutes. Once they have cooled down we peel the eggs.
Then we cut them in half and carve the yolk out with a spoon. Now we mix the yolk with the tuna in a bowl.
Once the tuna and yolk are mixed we add the sauces and cream cheese. If you want you can add more mayo and ketchup.
To finish we fill each half of the eggs with the yolk mix and our boiled eggs with tuna are ready. If you want you can drizzle more sauce on top.
I ate them with french fries and fried plantain. It's a delicious combination. You can have them at dinner or breakfast too.
