A Bulgarian comfort food, I should say!
Start with the butter
A lot of Bulgarian white cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Some homemade charcuterie
Put it in there with some Cherry tomatoes and little Tomato Paste
- Close the lid on the clay pot and put it in a cold oven
- Start the oven on 180c for 60min.
- Remove the clay pot open it and drop an egg in it
- Get it back in the oven for 6min
- Don't worry if the egg is still a little runny, its supposed to be
Mix everything
Dig in
