Honey-garlic shrimps with broccoli

Ingredients
For a dish:
- 450 g of shrimp;
- 100-150 g of broccoli, divided into inflorescences;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
For sauce:
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic;
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger;
- 4 tablespoons of honey;
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce, mix well and divide into two parts. In half of the sauce marinate peeled shrimp (at least 5-10 minutes, but you can leave for a day).
While marinated shrimp, put the broccoli in a large bowl, add a few teaspoons of water and warm in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Preheat the frying pan well, add oil to it and fry the shrimps until golden (1 minute on each side). When the shrimps are fried, enter the broccoli and the remainder of the sauce. Stir the dish thoroughly and remove from heat.
