Good morning steempunks. After having my friends over for 3 weeks everything is slowly going back to normal. We had an amazing last day yesterday, but now it's time to start working again. So many things to do and what a better way than to start our new and old adventures with a yummy morning drink.
Though we are heading to the market today, I made this smoothie with the fruits we had left in the freezer. No greens this time but super yum and packed with health-promoting nutrients too.
Great start of a new day.
Coconuty Tropical Pink Berry Dragon πΊπ΄πΈ
Ingredients (serves 2-3)
1 small red dragon fruit
1/2 cup mango
1 banana,
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup raspberries
2-3 cups fresh coconut water
2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour in a glass and top with superfoods/toppings of your choice. I used coconut flakes this time.
