Hey steemians, today we would like to share with ya'll this super easy chicken wing recipe. All em' ingredients can be easily obtained at your local supermarket and won't cost you a fortune. And for those of you whose livin' on the go, these wings can be prepared early in batches and just pop them in the chiller for baking later! So why not give this recipe a try, we promise that ya'll won't regret it!
Ingredients
10 pcs chicken wings
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
3 tablespoon miso paste
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoon mirin
Method
In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic, ginger, miso paste, soy sauce and mirin.
Put the wings into a ziplock plastic bag and pour the marinade mixture over them. Squeeze it properly to coat the wings evenly.
Keep in the fridge for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
Preheat the oven to 200°c for 15 minutes.
Line the baking pan with aluminum foil.
Remove the wings from the marinade and spread them evenly on the baking pan.
Bake at 200°cfor 20 minutes. Turn the chicken over half way during the cooking process.
Transfer the chicken wings to a platter and enjoy!
