Everything about it from the taste, the textures, the colors, the smells...everything! Cooking is fun too! It is basically edible art =p I also love to try new foods! I'm not too crazily adventurous with exotic/strange dishes. I think the most uncommon thing I have probably tried is shark? Or maybe Natto (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natt%C5%8D) which I don't remember being particularly tasty... The shark was very good though. Would definitely eat that again. I think my favorite food right now is ramen! It's so simple yet so versatile. You can make entirely new dishes just changing up the broth\sauce or the meat\veggies you put in it! But I guess technically that you could do that with any dish, huh? What's YOUR favorite food?
