FRIED SAMBAL
Ingredients:
- 250 gr of potatoes, diced and then fried
- 250 gr chicken liver, boiled and then diced
- 1 pete stalk, cut into pieces
- 2 pieces of red chili, sliced
- 2 orange leaves
- 1 segang galangal
- 65 ml of coconut milk
- enough water
- sugar and salt to taste
Ground spices :
- 8 pieces of red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 pieces of red pepper
- 10 pieces of chili pepper
- 1 small tomato fruit
- 2 pieces of candlenuts
- Pepper to taste
How to cook :
- Heat a skillet of cooking oil, then stir-fry the spices together with orange leaves and lengkuas until fragrant.
- Enter the potato and chicken liver, stirring until blended.
- Then enter the coconut milk, add enough water. Stir well and leave to boil.
4 Enter the banana and sliced red pepper, add salt and sugar. Cook until all cooked evenly.

SAMBAL GORENG
Bahan-bahan:
- 250 gr kentang, potong dadu kemudian di goreng
- 250 gr ati ayam, rebus kemudian potong dadu
- 1 tangkai pete, potong-potong
- 2 buah cabe merah, iris-iris
- 2 lembar daun jeruk
- 1 ruas lengkuas
- 65 ml santan
- air secukupnya
- gula dan garam secukupnya
Bumbu Halus :
- 8 buah bawang merah
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 5 buah cabe merah
- 10 buah cabe rawit
- 1 buah tomat ukuran kecil
- 2 buah kemiri
- Lada secukupnya
Cara Memasak :
- Panaskan wajan berisi minyak goreng, lalu tumis bumbu halus bersama daun jeruk dan lengkuas hingga harum.
- Masukkan kentang dan ati ayam, aduk hingga rata.
- Kemudian masukkan santan, tambahkan air secukupnya. Adukcaduk dan biarkan hingga mendidih.
- Masukkan pete dan irisan cabe merah, tambahkan garam dan gula. Masak hingga semua matang merata.
