Linguine with chicken lollipops in white sauce

The preparation of this dish is super simple, without complications, only with having all the ingredients at hand (and if you do not have them, you can improvise).
Ingredients
4 Cloves of Garlic
250 gr of Pasta
1 onion
5 Chilli
Chives to taste
1/2 Liter of milk
3 Tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation </ center>
- For Chicken *: Cut all the ingredients into cubes and put to sauté in a pan, after the onion is crystallized add the pieces of chicken to be sealed.
Once the chicken is sealed (let your meat turn white), add half a cup of water to create a broth.
The next step is to add the milk and wheat flour, stir over low heat until it takes a thick texture.
Note: do not stop stirring as lumps can form.
- For pasta *: Put to boil water with a tablespoon of oil and salt to taste, once this process is ready, add the pasta of your choice and stir to avoid sticking, cooking for 5 minutes or to the taste of the cook and ready.
