This recipe is my wife she does it to me every week and really stick to health!All the vitamins of sweet pepper left!Very tasty.
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 1 stalk of leek
2 pod of red and yellow sweet peppers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 300 g of ham
- 125 g mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- pinch of grated nutmeg
- 125 beef broth
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
For the filling, onion peel and chop.Carrots wash,peel and cut into small cubes.Leeks cleaned and cut into thin rings.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil,put onion and fry until Golden brown. Add the prepared carrots with leeks and sauté 5 minutes.
Mushrooms clean and cut into slices.Cut the ham into cubes.Mushrooms with ham add to the fried vegetables,salt and pepper and keep on the heat for 5 minutes.
Beat eggs with cream,salt,add nutmeg and connect with fried ingredients.Pods of sweet pepper cut in half lengthwise and clean.
The oven is heated to 200°C. Half of sweet pepper to fill the resulting filling, place on a baking tray,pour broth and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Mozzarella cut into slices.The pan with roasted pepper preheat the oven, on each half put a slice of mozzarella and bake another 15 minutes.
