Eine Burger-Presse! Ich würde dann mal sagen, dass wir diese direkt mal austesten.

Quick look into the list of ingredients for delicious hamburgers.
-500g ground beef
-1 onion
-1Tomate
-a bit of cucumber
-Mayo and ketchup
-Cheese
-1 egg to bind the mincemeat
-Spices (salt, pepper, cayenne pepper)
-salad

Schnell mal in die Zutatenliste für leckere Hamburger schauen.
-500g Rinderhack
-1 Zwiebel
-1Tomate
-ein bisschen Gurke
-Mayo und Ketschup
-Käse
-1 Ei zum binden des Hackfleisches
-Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer, Cayennepeffer)

Als erstes bereiten wir die Patties aus Hackfleisch zu.
Ich nehme dafür ein Ei, damit das Fleisch besser zusammenklebt.
Und selbstverständlich kommen auch Gewürze hinein.

So und nun kommt alles in die Presse. Aus 500g Hackfleisch habe ich drei ordentliche Patties gemacht. Die Presse ölt ihr am besten vorher ein bisschen ein, damit nichts kleben bleibt.

Dann mal ab in die Pfanne damit. In der Zwischenzeit könnt ihr das Gemüse schneiden.
Den Käse könnt ihr übrigens auch ein bisschen mit in der Pfanne anschmelzen.

My conclusion is that the patties are definitely more beautiful. You also get a lot more meat on a smaller area than if you shape them by hand. Nice tool :-)

Mein Fazit ist, dass die Patties auf jeden Fall optisch schöner sind. Zudem bekommt ihr auch viel mehr Fleisch auf eine kleinere Fläche, als wenn ihr diese mit der Hand formt. Schönes Werkzeug :-)
