Ingredients
4 large mushrooms
100g ham
Cheese
Spice mix includes
Sage
Turmeric
Pepper
Salt (not much as ham is salty)
Chilli powder
Cumin powder
Paprika
Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius or 374 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the spices together in a mortar and pestle.
Peel the mushrooms and take out the stalk and place on an oven tray.
Sprinkle some of the spice mix into the mushroom cups.
Grab the ham and rip into small bits and place it on the spice mix. For those who don't eat ham you can use any diced vegetables or cooked cous cous.
Cover the filling with cheese and sprinkle with more spice mix.
I had some left over capsicum so I sprinkled some on top and I also had cabanossi in the refrigerator so I used some of that as well.
Place the tray in a preheated oven for approx 10 minutes
