One of my favourite delicacies from parts of chicken that were normally disposed off is the chicken feet or “chickie” feet as I called it. Prepared with tenderness & love mixed with Thai style pickle sauce, sprinkled with chicken floss & generous lime to give a taste that makes you forgive yourself for having it for the first time.
