Once in a while it’s nice to go out for dinner, especially during special occasions. @Dominggus and I had another special occasion so he wanted to have dinner @ a sushi restaurant, called Sumo Oriental in Breda, the Netherlands.
Sumo Oriental has an almost-all-you-can-eat concept where you can choose different dishes from the menu. Why the ‘almost-you-can-eat’? Well, there are 6 rounds in total and within each round, you can choose two dishes you like to eat. And believe me, it’s a lot of food! We stopped ordering after round 4!
It was our first time eating at this restaurant, while it’s established since november 2015. It’s actually a bit different from all the other sushi-all-you-can-eat concepts because here it’s about quality over quantity. For instance, at the normal sushi restaurant Sumo the concept is also an all-you-can-eat but you can choose 5 dishes for each round. However, the quality isn’t very good..
Anyway, we both enjoyed a lot at Sumo Oriental and it’s definitely a must-go. The ambiance is great, cosy and not too big. Here are some pictures I’ve made.
