This is so simple soup with little ingredients. This soup is called Kongnamul-guk in Korean. I often eat this soup when I eat some rice in the morning. I'm sharing normal foods with an easy recipe for Easy Daily Food in my blog. I think this soup is really an easy daily food. Try to make it once. Men like to eat this soup with lots of cayenne grounds in the morning for relieving hangovers :)

The bean sprout I bought is pesticide-free product. This is enough for two people.

When it is boiling, lower the heat. Don't open it.
Boiling time: 3 minutes, over medium heat. Open the cover after this step to add salt, sliced green onion, sesame seeds crushed.
Cooking time: 10 to 15 more minutes.
