A mix of well-tasted flavors, a very professional service and an atmosphere suitable for a couple's dinner.
The dishes that most astonished us are:
Tartare of cow of Bianca Modenese, cranberry sorbet, squaquerone: a flavor that after 5 months is still imprinted in my mind!
Stink of calf cooked at low temperature, melted in the mouth!
Braised snails, grilled bread, chickpeas: making snacks a gourmet dish, it's always a business for everyone, except for chef Marchini!
Honest price for the type of restaurant and what we ate.
