This yummy dessert is made from layers of Matcha flavored crepe and cream! It's also known as thousand layer cake due to the stacking of many thin crepe layers. I am absolutely in love with crepe cakes as it's very light for a cake with so much cream and the taste is not very overwhelming. It definitely leaves you wanting more!
