Good morning Philippines, happy weekend to all Steemians. I requested my mom to cook Lugaw or porridge for breakfast. Usually it is mixed with chicken but I prefer pork because of my allergy.
The first thing to do is to cook the rice with more water. On the pan, saute minced garlic and onions with the pork in small cuts.
Mix the sauteed pork to the cooked rice with more liquid. Cook in medium heat, until the pork flavor is distributed throughout the mixture. Seasoned with powdered pepper and salt. It is done when it becomes more sticky.
Add the spring onion when almost done.
Now it is ready to serve.
