When I was younger, I've always loved eating yogurt. I would never mind the sourness and "melted-ness" of it- if that's even a word.
My grandparents π΄π»π΅π» influenced me to eating yogurt, they also taught me that yogurt has a lot of benefits like:
Yogurt's claims have long been proven on my behalf. Some effects of it on me are good digestion, weight loss, less headaches which I get most of the time and a good mood. ππ
Yogurt is not that affordable for the ordinary Filipino since a small cup of 125grams, costs P33.00-P55.00 depending on the flavor, but come to think of it, with all the legit claims, you really get your money's worth. πΈ
Nestle yogurt in particular is my favorite because they always have something new and their flavor selection is a lot. Here are some of them:
