Monday breakfast

One of the best things being a teacher is that you have a lot of free time during students holidays and you can wake up late on a Monday like this. In school time I barely eat in the morning but today I spoiled myself with a nice omelet with cheese, ham and basil.

To be fully spoiled I prepared myself some salmon bruschetta and eat them with tomatoes and pickles.
