Salsa is the Spanish word for sauce and has its origins in Central America. Salsa is generally made of fresh chopped tomatoes, garlic, lime, onion and a few seasonings, this is the perfect vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free salsa, and is even suitable for a raw vegan diet as well.
Here in mango salsa mango is added with other ingredients. It is a quick, easy and healthy recipe.
Ingredients
Raw vegetables, fruits and fresh spices. As per your choice.
Here I made mango salsa with Fresh mango, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes. fresh coriandar leaves and lemon juice.
Procedure
Wash all ingredients thoroughly and cut into pieces. Mix will and add lemon juice and sprinkle some salt according to taste.
Serve chilled.
