Eating whole fruit is always the best way to enjoy all benefits of fruits but fruit juices are concentrate in Vitamins, Minerals, Antioxidants and natural sugars which gives instant energy. Despite Juices always contains low fiber which is good for bowl moment, it is the most popular way of consuming fruits.
Seasonal fruits are always the best choice to make fresh fruit juice. In winter season we do not drink sufficient water but there are lots of juicy fruits come in this season like orange, pomegranate, pineapple etc. By consuming these fruits whole or by making juice we can also fulfill requirement of water in winter season.
