As part of the Saturday Morning - Healthy Mediterranean Style Breakfast recipes for this week- here's:
A SIMPLE WAY TO MAKE BROWN HARD BOILED EGG @Cooknbake:
You will need:
A pressure Cooker
Eggs, as many as you like
3 tablespoons vinegar
Water
Method:
-Place the eggs in the pressure cooker
-Add water until covers the eggs and add vinegar
-Cook on medium-low heat for an hour.
Peel and ENJOY!
*If you do not have a pressure cooker, you can cook it in a pot with a closed lid, however the cooking will take much longer - about 4-5 hours.
*The vinegar is optional. I noticed the eggs tend to break less while being cooked with a bit of vinegar. Dont worry, it doesn't leave a vinegar taste to it :)
Hope you enjoyed!
