Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw almonds
1 medium carrot, grated
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dry cranberries
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Method:
Add everything to a food processor and pulse for 2-3 mins until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste. Roll about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll in extra desiccated coconut to coat. Refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy.
