I had this combo one hour after finishing a lifting session. I was approximately 20 hours fasted at that time. It's a huge mix weighing ~750 grams worth of food. I did not not track macros, my most important goal being micronutrient load, which is a feature of this meal.
If I were on a weight loss track, I would be much more strict with tracking...
