Hello friends, this time I bring you a very original recipe from our country (Venezuela), they are sweet bollitos, which by the way are very rich in butter and cheese. I'll show you step by step how to do it really easy.
Step 1:
- Cut the jojo straight.
- Stripping the jojotos without breaking the leaves
- Select larger sheets

Step 2:
- Place the leaves in a pot with enough water and bring them to the fire for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool
- Cut the bottom to open the sheet more easily.
- Make strips with the same blade and tie each end.
Step 3:
- Chop and grind the corn.

Step 4:
Prepare the dough
Ingredient:
2 kilos of ground corn
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of salt
Amount of water required
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients and mix well, adding water slowly until a smooth but not very liquid dough is obtained.

Step 5:
- Arrange the bollitos and cook for 40 minutes.
