Delicious Bean Burrito
Ingredients
- ½ cup of beans;
- salt - to taste;
- lettuce leaves;
- 1 large tomato;
- 1 thin pita;
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce;
- 100 g of hard cheese.
Cooking
Boil beans (preferably white) in salted water. Wash and chop lettuce and tomato. Winter variant - tomatoes in their own juice and Chinese cabbage.
Heat the pita bread slightly and brush it with hot sauce. Put the vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll the pita bread with an envelope.
Serve with sour cream or other sauce to your taste.
