Me, personally is a skinny girl who has underweight all my life, and I tried different methods to gain weight but nothing really works for me. Underweight can be problematic, no matter how much I eat, I never gain weight, and I feel weak all the time! I feel cold easily... I feel vulnerable.
Therefore, this time I tried to maximize my protein intakes daily and see if that would work! I would like to share a weight gain protein shakes recipe for those skinny girls out there who is struggling like me.
Ingredients:
1 scoop of Maca Powder
2 scoop of Hemp Protein Powder
1 Banana
a handful of kale
herbal tea
Put all ingredients in a blender and that's it!
