Hello, today I want to share with you a nice and healthy recipe style for ice cream four your little one. In Australia, it is still very hot and I like to have some nice ice pop in the freezer for afternoon tea. My daughter loves them and it takes 5min to make:)
Start with a base of banana or mango because once you froze it and blend it, it has a nice icecream texture. Yogourt will also help to bring the ice cream texture but be careful once yogourt freeze it becomes very acid it needs to be balanced with sugar that is why I just use 1 or max 2 spoons per batch. I prefer to use ripe fruit to avoid the use of sugar. Now you have your base for the nice creamy texture to avoid to have a hard rock ice cream. After I just had some fruits that I have around the house to the base.
Put everything in the blender and zoom zoom here we have some nice and healthy afternoon tea snack for our little one:)
