Just some pictures from my Sunday breakfast.
I like this sort of food, half cookies – half pancakes. They good to eat for breakfast and amazing food to take with you to work or elsewhere.
It's so important to eat a good food with all nutrition that you neat by your goals.
And it's so hard to get something good, something without sugar, without cream or other poison.
It's not a recipe - just some improvisation.
I used oats, Chia seeds, linen seeds, eggs, a bit of protein and milk.
