Today I want share You post about oatmeals. In my opinion this dish it’s a great idea for a healthy and tasty breakfast.
I love to eat porridge every morning in different version.
Oat flakes it's a superfood. They have many vitamins, minerals and fiber.
You can eat them with fresh fruits (for example banana, berries), nuts, seeds, peanut butter or what you like :)
In the pictures you can see examples of my morning oatmeals.
Oatmeal with plums and cinnamon.
Oatmeal with apples and nutmeg.
Oatmeal with pear and carob.
Oatmeal with banana raisins and honey.
