Chinese BBQ Honey Pork

Ingredient:
1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1.5 lbs boneless pork chops

Instruction:
1.Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic together to make pork sauce

2.Lightly put pork with salt and pepper.

3.Coat each chop with pork sauce

4.Cook chops on the greased grill from hot coals for 5 minutes on each side or until meat is cooked through.
