Thought I'd share what I'm having for dinner tonight since it is suuuper tasty.
This is organic chickpea and red lentil pasta (23 grams protein per serving), with pea sprouts, grape tomatoes, chopped celery, tomato flavored tofu, with sunflower kitchen's sundried tomato and olive pesto sauce, topped with flax seeds, chia seeds and hemp seeds. Super easy quick meal that took me only 15 minutes but tastes so good.
