Watermelon Cake!

Hello everyone! This is a special weekend for me since it is my birthday tomorrow :) and we started to celebrate with my family today! We went to have some coffee with my mother-in-law and since she made a me my favorite cake (tiramisu), and it contains coffee my daughter does not like it, so I made one watermelon cake for Emily to enjoy!

We all end up having both cakes and needed to go for a long walk afterwards. I took some photos to share with everyone and maybe you can make your own watermelon cake, decorated with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
